This theoretical research developed an approach towards architectural sites as "urban" sites that identify with adjacent empty areas. Not as an edge condition nor as an island, the site flows radically into its surroundings. A theoretical parcelization of a site into neighborhoods, leads to an understanding of a big site as small empty lots and thus dispersing the impact of a mega site.
The collation of social, economical and functional data is manipulated through computational tools to create a fluid and dynamic programmatic condition.
